01. Your delivery
Your US$299 Bespoke order includes 5–7 scenes, characters based on your photos, custom settings, dialogue, interactions and one round of minor revisions. We email your password-protected playable link, title, dedication and downloadable game package. Nothing is physically shipped.
02. Timing and materials
We confirm a production slot once we have your complete materials and have agreed the story. Delivery takes 5–7 business days from that point, or from a later agreed start date. Business days exclude weekends and Czech public holidays. Any applicable withdrawal waiting period must also be respected unless you expressly request earlier performance.
If materials remain incomplete 60 days after purchase, we will send a reminder and give you a reasonable opportunity to respond before cancelling and returning the full payment. An agreed later date is an exception. Payment alone does not block a production slot.
If delivery is delayed, we will explain the problem and proposed timing. Your legal rights concerning late or failed delivery remain unchanged.
03. Revisions and access
Send your requested minor revisions within 14 days of initial delivery. One round within the agreed story is included. Extra scenes or substantial changes need a separate agreement. Defects are handled separately and do not count as creative revisions.
Your online link is included for 12 months from initial delivery. We email you 30 days before expiry. Without an agreed extension, online access ends; no renewal payment is taken automatically. Keep the downloadable package supplied at delivery for your own use.
The online version requires an internet connection and a compatible browser. Your download includes running instructions. See Terms & Conditions for use and sharing.
04. Cancellation and withdrawal

Where a statutory withdrawal right applies, you normally have 14 days from conclusion of the contract to send your withdrawal statement. The period may be extended by law if required information was not supplied. Customisation alone does not remove that right.
We can begin before this period ends only if you expressly request it. Starting work does not automatically remove your withdrawal right. Any lawful deduction on withdrawal is limited to a proportionate amount for services actually supplied at your request, where the required information and other legal conditions were met. We do not charge a reservation fee merely because you paid.
Loss of the withdrawal right on full performance of a service, or on early supply of digital content, requires the applicable separate consent, acknowledgement and confirmation. General acceptance of our terms is not that consent. If you do not request earlier performance, we respect the applicable waiting period.
05. Withdrawal form
You may copy this into an email or letter. You can also use any other clear statement of withdrawal.

06. If something is wrong
Email your order number and a description of the problem, including the browser or device if relevant. Do not include passwords or private links in screenshots. We will confirm receipt and tell you how we will address your complaint.
The game must match our agreement. Where legally required, we will correct defects without charge, within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience. A price reduction or termination may be available when the legal conditions are met. We will tell you the outcome. Mandatory remedies and necessary updates are separate from creative revisions.
For the included continuous online access, we are responsible for conformity throughout the agreed access period. For digital content supplied once, Czech consumer rules allow defects that existed when it was supplied to be raised if they appear within two years. Applicable mandatory law may provide additional protection.
07. Refunds
For statutory withdrawal, we refund without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal, subject to any lawful proportionate deduction explained above. For cancellation because materials were not supplied, we refund the full payment within 14 days of cancellation. Refunds use the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed at no extra cost. Your payment provider may take additional time to show the credit.
If we cannot resolve a consumer dispute, you can contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority’s ADR service. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.
